Our Policies

Anti-Spam Policy

This policy explains how Elite Solutions uses email, how we protect our website forms from abuse, and how to report email that misuses our name or domain.

Last updated:

Our commitment

Elite Solutions does not send unsolicited bulk or commercial email, and we do not allow anyone to send it on our behalf.

What we send

We send email to reply to inquiries and job applications submitted through our website, and to correspond with our existing clients, partners, and suppliers.

No purchased, rented, or harvested lists

We do not buy or rent email lists, and we do not harvest email addresses from websites or other public sources.

Opting out

Anyone can ask us to stop contacting them by replying to one of our messages or by writing to info@elitesa.net. We honor these requests promptly.

Website forms

The contact form and the job application form on our website deliver messages only to our own team. They cannot be used to send email to anyone else, and they are protected against automated abuse.

Email authentication

We publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for elitesa.net. These records let receiving mail servers check that a message claiming to come from elitesa.net was sent by us or by a service we have authorized to send on our behalf. If a message claims to be from an elitesa.net address but fails these checks, it is not from us.

Reporting abuse

If you receive spam that appears to come from Elite Solutions, or you believe someone is misusing our name or the elitesa.net domain, please write to info@elitesa.net. Include the full message headers of the email you received, as they show where it really came from. We investigate reports promptly.
